Came to be heard this the 8~' day of August 2005, with a motion made by Commissioner
Baldwin, seconded by Commissioner Nicholson. The Court unanimously approved by
vote of 4-0-0 to set a public hearing for September 12, 2005 for 10:05 AM for the
revision of plat for Tract 39-A of Kerrville Country Estates, Section Two, Vol 6 Page
