RE: Headwaters Groundwater Conservation District Request
The employees at HGCD and Gordon Morgan have been in contact with me about properties
being incompliance with the Kerr County Subdivision Rules 8c Regulations.
They asked for a letter they might use as a guideline. I have composed the letter enclosed in
your packet as a draft, but am open to any suggestions and or changes as well as your approval to
proceed with their request.

RE: Kerr County Platting
We appreciate your organization's willingness to work with Kerr County to insure the
development of property is in accordance with the Ken County Subdivision Rules and
Regulations.
The Commissioners Court has instructed our departrnent to review any violations of the Kerr
County Subdivision Rules that occurred after the current rules were established December 11,
`~ 2000.
To determine what date the property was divided, we request the owner to supply us with a
Warranty Deed showing the date of development/division which is readily available through
their title company.
The Court does not ask that you deny permits, only that you notify us that the property might not
fall within these guidelines. It would be beneficial if you could have a form or letter that
includes the name, address, phone number and Kerr Central Appraisal " R" number" that you
could FAX to us when the situation arises.
