The Commissioners Court has instructed our departrnent to review any violations of the Kerr County Subdivision Rules that occurred after the current rules were established December 11, `~ 2000. To determine what date the property was divided, we request the owner to supply us with a Warranty Deed showing the date of development/division which is readily available through their title company. The Court does not ask that you deny permits, only that you notify us that the property might not fall within these guidelines. It would be beneficial if you could have a form or letter that includes the name, address, phone number and Kerr Central Appraisal " R" number" that you could FAX to us when the situation arises. Sincerely, Leonard Odom, Jr. Administrator Headwaters
