Came to be heard this the 3rd day of October, 2005, with a motion made by
Commissioner Letz, seconded by Commissioner Baldwin. The Court
approved by vote of 3-1-0 to:
Adopt the Kerr County Tax Rates for FY 2005-2006 as follows:

Debt Service Rate $.0425
Road and Bridge $.0309
for a total tax rate of $.3896.
