Aqua Texas, Inc. cuaently serves the azea adjacent to the proposed Heights of
Greenwood We cuaently have the capacity and the ability to serve the proposed
subdivision. It will be our intention to work with the developer to serve the area with the
highest possible quality and quantity of water.
Ingam Water cuaently serves approximately 1700 connections with 7 wells that can
produce an approximate total of 1075 gallons per minute with an 8`s well already under
contract to be drilled which will add approximately 500 gallons more production to the
supply. Based on the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality requirements of 0.6
gallons per minute per connection this would supply approximately 1790 connections
without the new well.
The Headwaters Groundwater Conservation District permit allows us to pump 210
million gallons per yeaz. This is approximately 18.5 million gallons per yeaz less than the
Headwaters pumping limits could allow based on the azea served.
Our 2004 welt production was 172 million gallons and in 2003 we produced 190 million
gallons. This would leave us approximately 20 million gallons per year for gowth at our
cuaent permit level.
