Subsequently two houses were bought from Schreiner University and moved onto the property, paid for by my children's educational trust fund. Pending college tuition requirements dictate that we sell the property at this time, and there is a firm cash contract on the property subject to it being divided into two separate one acre parcels. I have water supply contracted from Aqua Texas, who supplies over thirty houses in the Horseshoe Oaks subdivision that is directly adjacent to my property. In addition I am blessed with over 4 feet of topsoil on the acreage which has very little slope making the property suitable for conventional septic systems. There is an issue however that requires resolution. My understanding is that county rules call for a minimum of 200 feet road frontage per lot due to safety considerations. I only have approximately 270 feet available for both tracts. I am requesting the court to consider alternative solutions that would meet the intent of the road frontage regulation while allowing this property to be conveyed and utilized.
