Rescind Court Order No. 29414 adopting Kerr County Tax rate for FY
2005-2006, such order having been superseded by Court Order No. 29415
on October 3, 2005.

Came to be heard this the 30th day of September, 2005, with a motion made
by Commissioner Letz, seconded by Commissioner Williams. The Cowl
approved by vote of 3-1-0 to:
Adopt the Kerr County tax rate for FY 2005-2006 Maintenance and
Operations at $.35g'7 and Road and Bridge at $.0309, including long term
debt service.

approved by vote of 3-1-0 to:
Adopt the Kerr County Tax Rates for FY 2005-2006 as follows:
Maintenance and Operations $.3162
Debt Service Rate $.0425
Road and Bridge $.0309
for a total tax rate of $.3896.
