Came to be heard this the 11th day of October, 2005, with a motion made by
Commissioner Williams, seconded by Commissioner Letz, the Court
unanimously approved by vote of 4-0-0 to transfer the $5,000.00 allocated to
water development and take $5,000 from the line item to fund the Family
and Consumer Science Extension Agent for a total reduction of $55,000.00
(contingent to the Library going over their Budget with the Commissioners'
Court), by transferring the following expense codes:
