Professional Land Surveying Subdivision Design McRae Energy August 9, 2005 The proposed subdivision is proposed to be 1 acre lots or larger. Roads are to be private and constructed, with roadway ditches, where necessary, according to county specifications, with some modifications. The roads are proposed to be constructed as indicated in Appendix G - Typical Road Section With Ditches, except a 12" concrete surface edging is proposed to be constructed along the outer edge of all roads, And the main road into the development, a median is desired to be constructed. All the roads are constructed on the high ground and storm water flow is directed away from the roads and in most cases roadway ditches are not necessary. The subdivision will have a public water supply approved by T.C.E.Q, and is to have fire hydrants according to specifications. All the electrical and utilities will be underground. Each residence will be responsible to construct an individual on site sewage facility, according to Kerr County Health Department regulations. The property is to be high fenced with electronic gate, and applicable to apply for Wildlife Exemption.
