MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING BETWEEN KERR COi1NTY AND PAT CiINSBACH RELATNE TO THE ANIMAL CONTROL FACILI"TY Whereas, it is the mutual desire of the parties to improve the quality of the current animal holding facilities; Whereas, it would be beneficial to the citizens of Kerr County to increase the adoption rate of animals confined at the facility; Whereas, it would henefit both the Kerr County citizens and the animals to expand the capacity of the facility; Whereas Pat Ginsbach has generously offered to completely and totally fund the expansion of the Kerr County Animal Control kennel facilities: Wherefore let it be known that: [t is herehy agreed between the parties that Pat Ginsbach and 'I he County of Kerr will work together to expand and improve the current animal control facilities within the requirements of the Texas Health and Safety Code and any other applicable law. [t is agreed that the parties will create and build new facilities conforming to standard architectual and building practices and meeting all Health and Safety Code requirement,.
