ACT ON ISSUES INVOLVING CONSTRUCTION OF THE EXPANSION
OF THE ANIMAL CONTROL FACILITY, PARKING LOT AND
SIDEWALKS
Came to be heard this the 24th day of October, 2005, with a motion made by
Commissioner Letz, seconded by Commissioner Williams. The Court
unanimously approved by vote of 4-0-0 to:
Authorize the Court's Liaison to the Animal Control Facility, Commissioner
Nicholson, to request any Waivers as he may deem appropriate with the City
of Kerrville regarding the expansion to the Animal Control Facility.
