The property owner of the 19.14 acres has agreed to sell five neighbors parts of her property. These five lots aze shown in pink and yellow and aze parts of lot 8, 9, and 12 of Valley View Estates. Lots 8, 9, & 12 were divided without a revision of plat before Kerr County adopted subdivision -- rules in 1984 and aze approximately '/x acre. It is our opinion owners of Lots 8, 9, and part of 12 will need to do a revision of plat under the alternate plat process, but we aze not certain the owner of the metes & bound property would need to plat her.property as it has over 10 acres with road frontage on Southway and she is not building a road.
