We'll call this special Commissioners Court agenda -- meeting to order, Friday, November 18th, 2005, at 9 a.m. The purpose of this meeting is to canvass the election returns from the general election held on the 8th day of November, 2005. Envelope? MS. PIEPER: Yes, sir. COMMISSIONER WILLIAMS: Do I need my little hat like Johnny Carson used to wear? COMMISSIONER BALDWIN: Do you want a little fanfare music of some sort? COMMISSIONER WILLIAMS: Drumroll. Okay. Everybody gets a copy of this, Mrs. -- Madam Clerk? MS. PIEPER: I believe there's just -- there is two copies along with that.
