Came to be heard this the 14th day of November, 2005, with a motion made
by Commissioner Nicholson, seconded by Commissioner Letz. The Court
unanimously approved by vote of 4-0-0 to:
Approve name changes as indicated, to establish Pawnee Path and White
Pearl as road names, in accordance with 911 guidelines:
1. Kuhn Dr SW to Dakota Hills Rd SW
2. Dakota Hills to Pawnee Path (This change was made since the
Item was put on the Agenda)
3. None to White Pearl Rd SW

Ms. Carol Jefferies contacted our office regarding changing the name of Kuhn Dr.
At the suggestion afTruby Hardin, I asked Ms. Jefferits to obtain signatures in support
of the name change (signatures attached). I informed Ms. Jefftries that our
recommendation is they not chose a road name that includes Dakota. This is due to
Dakota Run being an offshoot from the current Kuhn Rd. (reference map}. However, tht
petition requtsts Dakota Hills in lieu of our recommendation.
