I have met with Bill Sims with tlf¢ U9~DA Trapper Service and Commissioner Rusty Busby of Kendall County. In an effort to improve the government trapping service in Ken• County we have agreed on the following plan subject to Kerr and Kendall County Commissioners Court approval. Kerr and Kendall Counties will enter into aninter-local agreement to facilitate the following. 1. Kerr County will pay Kendall County $5,000. These funds are in the current budget. 2. Kendall County trapper will provide trapping service in eastern Kerr County east of Elm Pass Rd to Stoneleigh Rd to Shultz Rd. 3. The Kendall County trapper will spend approximately 20% of his working hours in Kerr County. 4. This agreement has been agreed to by the USDA representatives. 5. Kendall County Attorney will draft the agreement and Kerr County Attorney will review as to form for Kerr County.
