ADOPT NEW VOTING SYSTEM
Came to be heard this the 28th day of November, 2005, with a motion made
by Commissioner Williams, seconded by Commissioner Letz. The Court
unanimously approved by vote of 4-0-0 to:
Adopt and approve new voting system in compliance with Section
301(a)(3)(B) of the Help America Vote Act. The eSlate (Voting System
Accessibility) and eScan voting system (General HAVA Compliance) for in-
person voting on election day and during early voting by personal
appearance and The Ballot Now system for early voting by mail. (An
integrated system known uniformly as the Hart's Voting System).
