Came to be heard this the 28th day of November, 2005, with a motion made
by Commissioner Letz, seconded by Commissioner Nicholson. The Court
unanimously approved by vote of 4-0-0 to:
Authorize the Kerr County Employee Health Benefits Insurance Consultant
to advertise and solicit bids for Stop Loss Insurance for 2006 Employee
Health Benefits Program.
