Questions Concerning Subdivision Platting in the City of Kerrville ETJ How wilt the Subdivisions already in the process be completed? Subdivision Name Precinct Neunhoffer Addition 2 Las Colinas of Kerrville 1 Cut Off Business Park 4 Crestar Ranch 2 Surveryor Ashley Domingues Brandenburg Voelkel Type Plat Alternate Preliminary Preliminary Concept Plan Completion Date Jan 9, 2006 Who will inspect infrastructure (roads, drainage, etc.) of Subdivisions in the ETJ? Who maintains the roads after (City or County)? We currently investigate violations of subdivision regulations and most have been corrected with the alternate plat process, will the City adopt an alternate plat process? If OSSF or Floodplain finds a violation how will we proceed? In Section Three, B, the agreement states the County will provide plats for everything outside of the ETJ, but within two miles. Can we get a digital overlay of the areas over which the City wants jurisdiction? Why do we need Section Three, B. or Section Four, B.? Why doesn't the City just do two mites? Where is the "One Stop"? Do you expect the surveyors or the City and County staff to carry plat reviews back and forth? If so, we will need another staff person. What about water availability within the ETJ, does Headwaters have jurisdiction?
