TEXAS ELECTION CODE 123.032
Came to be heard this the 9th day of January, 2006, with a motion made by
Commissioner Letz, seconded by Commissioner Nicholson. The Court
unanimously approved by vote of 4-0-0 to:
Approve charging a fee to the entities using the new voting equipment of 1-
1/2% of the cost of the equipment used by that entity for that election, plus a
$50.00 administrative fee per election.
