RE: Division of Property on Bass & Wagner Road, Pct. 4
Becky Key with Limestone Properties has a property consisting of 9.83 acres. The parties
involved want to divide the property into two parcels. One lot would be approximately 1.83
acres, the other 8 acres.
The 1.83 would have the existing house, septic, and water well. They propose to have a shared
water well agreement.
This division does not meet current Kerr County Subdivision Rules & Regulations, therefore the
realtor is requesting a vaziance to lot size.
