DISCUSS NARCOTICS ENFORCEMENT IN KERR COUNTY
Came to be heard this the 23rd day of January, 2006, with a motion made by
Commissioner Letz, seconded by Commissioner Baldwin. The Court
unanimously approved by vote of 4-0-0 to:
Approve Sheriffs plan to create a Narcotics Unit, to be headed by a newly
created Lieutenant's position, with the funding to come from sources as
provided by the Sheriff at our next meeting, and with appropriate Budget
Amendments.
