Came to be heard this the 23rd day of January, 2006, with a motion made by
Commissioner Letz, seconded by Commissioner Williams. The Court
unanimously approved by vote of 4-0-0 to:
Approve Draft 012306 of the Kerr County Subdivision Rules and
Regulations and set Public Hearing for February 27, 2006 at 1:30 p.m.
