Home ESD Board; I think it says all that's appropriate. Special thanks to you for the opportunity and the support. Corky Kerr County Commissioners Court Jan. 13, ?006 Ken County Courthouse 700 Main Kerrville, TX 780?8 Dear Sirs, Over the past few mouths it has become increasingly apparent that a number of my well intentioned neighbors and I have substantially different visions of the role and operation of Kerr County Emergency Services District #2. Those visions appear to me to be diverging rather than converging as debate has continued. While I remain convinced a vision focused on substantial, long range improvement of fire protection services in the District is appropriate for KCESD#2 and while I am truly concerned about the increasing influence the local Volunteer Department is exerting over the present ESD Board of Commissioners, it is clear the debate is having a polarizing effect on our community. Furthermore, in my opinion, this debate has become counterproductive for the citizens of the Mountain Home area. For this reason, I feel the best course of action for my community, my neighbors and my family is to resign from the KCESD#2 Board of Commissioners, effective immediately. I wish you, the KCESD#2 Board of Commissioners, the Mountain Home Volunteer Fire Department and all my neighbors in Kerr County well as you continue your efforts to provide our fellow citizens the emergency services so necessary to our society. Thank you for the opportunity to have been a volunteer in this endeavor Sincerely, F. C. Henson Cc: Kerr County Emergency Services District #2 Yahoo!
