THIS NOTICE IS POSTED PURSUANT TO THE TEXAS OPEN MEETINGS
ACT. (TITLE 5, CHAPTER 551, GOVERNMENT CODE,
AND TITLE 5, CHAPTER 552, GOVERNMENT CODE.)
This Commissioners' Court will hold a meeting at 9:00 a.m. Monday,
February 27, 2006, at the Kerr County Courthouse in the Commissioners'
Courtroom.
CALL MEETING TO ORDER
VISITORS INPUT
Citizens wishing to speak on items NOT listed on the regular agenda, please
fill out form for consideration at this time. Citizens wishing to speak on items
LISTED on the regular agenda, please fill out request form for consideration
during discussion on that specific item. In order to expedite the flow of
business and to provide all citizens the opportunity to speak, the Judge may
impose a three (3) minute limitation on any person addressing the court.
COMMISSIONERS' COMMENTS
Commissioners and/or the County Judge may use this time to recognize
achievements of persons in their Precinct or to make comments on matters not
listed on the regular agenda.
I. CONSIDERATION AGENDA: (Action may be taken on Items

1.1 Consider, discuss and take appropriate action on funding request
from Kerr County Sesquicentennial Celebration to assist in
Sesquicentennial activities. (County Judge)
1.2 Consider, discuss and take appropriate action to authorize
Commissioners' Court to participate as a body in the
Sesquicentennial Parade, Saturday, Apri18, 2006.

1.3 Consideration and approval of Resolution supporting application
for renewal of Grant from Governor's office for funding for
Special Prosecutor for Violent Crimes Against Women. (Ilse
Bailey)
1.4 Consider, discuss and take appropriate action to allow Road &
Bridge to advertise for bid on Town Creek Crossing
Improvements. (Leonard Odom)
1.5 Consider, discuss and take appropriate action on Kerr County
Organization Development Survey. (Commissioner, Pct.
4/Commissioner, Pct. 3)
1.6 Consider and approve the appointment of Mr. Ben Alves of
Mountain Home to an unexpired two-year term as a
Commissioner on the Kerr County Emergency Service District #2
Board of Commissioners. This vacancy was created by the
resignation of Mr. F. C. Henson. (Commissioner, Pct. 4)
1.7 Set Public Hearing on Kerr County Subdivision Rules and
Regulations and Water Availability Requirements.

1.8 Consider, discuss and appointment of David Billeiter to the Kerr
County Child Service Board. (Commissioner, Pct. i)
1.9 Order Authorizing the County to enter into a financing lease with
Banc of America Leasing & Capital, LLC, for the purpose of
financing the acquisition of certain computer hardware and
software from the Software Group Division of Tyler
Technologies, Inc., and authorizing the County Judge to approve
and execute the final form of a Master Equipment Lease/Purchase
Agreement with Banc of America Leasing & Capital, LLC, and
all other documents deemed necessary related thereto, and
approving other matters related to such lease financing. (County
