Came to be heard this the 27th day of February, 2006, with a motion made
by Commissioner Williams, seconded by Commissioner Letz. The Court
unanimously approved by vote of 4-0-0 to:
Approve the distribution of the Kerr County Organization Development
Survey to all elected officials and department heads for response as
indicated, to be returned to the Commissioners' Court by March 20, 2006.

The Commissioners' Court will schedule a workshop in March to consider how the
county might better organize our work in a way that would be more cost effective or
provide improved service to the citizens. We hope that you will participate in this
workshop and we need your advance input on how we aze currently managing our work.
Attached is a urvey form for you to complete and return to the Court Coordinator by

preparing for this important workshop. Although we are asking a few specific questions,
we also welcome any input other you may wish to provide.
