Set a public hearing for Monday, March 13, 2006 at 1:30 p.m. on the Kerr
County Subdivision Rules and Regulations and Water Availability
Requirements.

There was some confusion and the Notice for Public Hearing on Subdivision Rules and
Water Availability was never published in the newspaper. The Clerk's office thought
Road & Bridge was going to get it published and Road & Bridge assumed that the Clerk's
office would.
