ORDER AUTHORIZING THE COUNTY TO ENTER INTO A
FINANCING LEASE WITH BANC OF AMERICA LEASING &
CAPITAL, LLC, FOR THE ACQUISITION OF COMPUTER
HARDWARE AND SOFTWARE FROM SOFTWARE GROUP
DIVISION OF TYLER TECHNOLOGIES, INC.
Came to be heard this the 27th day of February, 2006, with a motion made
by Commissioner Letz, seconded by Commissioner Nicholson. The Court
unanimously approved by vote of 4-0-0 to:
Approve the County entering into a financing lease with Banc of America
Leasing & Capital, LLC, for the purpose of financing the acquisition of
certain computer hardware and software from the Software Group Division
of Tyler Technologies, Inc. and authorize County Judge to approve and
execute the final form of a Master Equipment Lease/Purchase Agreement
with Banc of America Leasing & Capital, LLC, and all other documents
deemed necessary related thereto, and approving other matters related to
such lease financing, with the proviso that any typos or date corrections be
made.
