Mr. Carswell is here to plead his case this morning.
He has 16.07 acres at the end of Shalako, Pct. 4. He would like an exemption from platting off
an existing road, but each lot will not be 10 acres.
If he is unable to obtain a variance from platting, he would like For you to consider his concept
and allow him to proceed with a plat under the alternate plat process on the next court date,
Mazch 27, 2006.
