The Public Hearing for this revision was January 9, 2006. The property is located in Ingram's
ETJ and they do not want to sign the plat until it has been approved by Kerr County.
This is the property where the new Dollar General store was built and they aze waiting for
approval to operate from OSSF.
At this time we ask that you approve the plat as presented, and we ask the County Clerk's office
to notify Ingram the plat is ready to be signed.
