Hulett, Field Representative ~~ DATE: March 9, 2006 RE: Easement Variances I have received two sets of septic planning materials for small lots in the Northwest Hills Subdivision where the homes are already under construction and almost completed. The septic designer is proposing low pressure dosing systems be installed on each lot, and has asked and received approval from the Architectural Control Committee of the Homeowner's Association, a variance from the 10 foot recorded utility easement for both side lot lines. We have approved one variance in this subdivision in the past, based on receiving the approval from the Homeowner's Association, which is a recorded document in Kerr County Records, Vol. 1388, Page 0424. We anticipate an increase in the demand for this type of request due to small lots with bad soils present in the above-described subdivision. Your opinion is greatly appreciated. If you have any other questions or need more detailed information, please contact me. cc: Septic File 006-038 Septic File 006-039 We will ensure that minimum State Standards for setback to pYOperty 1meS wrll be maintained. The above-mentioned request is for the utility easement only.
