The Library' Advisory Bornzi (hereinafter referred to as the "Board"i was srrated, established and named by ordinances duly passed by the City Council of the City of Kerrville. Texas ("City"). 'The Board functions under and in accordance with the ordinances in effect duh~ passed by the City Council of the City of Kemille. Section 2. The Board is established, and functions with oversight, with respect to, and in support of, The Mutt-Ho(clsrvordr Memorial l,ibrury (hereinafer refened to as the "Library'). Tl;r Library was generously donated to the City of Kerrville by the H. E. Butt family and is jointly operated by the City and Kerr County ("County") by written contract between the two entities. ARTICLE VII-AMENDMENTS AND REVISIONS The Bylaws ojthe Library Advisory Board may be amended or revised at any called meeting of the Library Advisory Board by atwo-thirds vote ojthe members present and voting provided the members are notified regarding the proposed amendments or revisions at least two weeks before Bald meeting. Any proposed amendments or revisions to these Bylaws are subject to the approval of both the Kerrville City Counei! and the Kerr County Commissioners Court.
