AUTHORIZE HIRING OF EXPERTS FOR EBA LAWSUIT
Came to be heard this the 18th day of April, 2006, with a motion made by
Commissioner Williams, seconded by Commissioner Nicholson. The Court
unanimously approved by vote of 4-0-0 to:
Authorize the County Attorney to communicate with the law firm of
Shaddox, Compere, Walraven, and Good affirmatively with respect to the
hiring of experts for the E.B.A. lawsuit.
