VOL., PAGE 136 & 137, AND SET PUBLIC HEARING FOR SAME
Came to be heard this the 27th day of March, 2006, with a motion made by
Commissioner Baldwin, seconded by Commissioner Nicholson. The Court
unanimously approved by vote of 3-0-1 (Commissioner Letz abstaining) to:
Approve setting a public hearing for May 8, 2006 at 10:00 a.m. for the
Preliminary Revision of Plat for Lot 7 and Privilege Creek Road Right of
Way, Privilege Creek Ranches, Vol., Page 136 & 137.
