PETITION REQUESTING ANNEXATION TO THE CORPORATE LIMITS OF THE CITY
OF KERRVILLE, TEXAS, OF TEXAS ACRES OUT OF THE
Survey, Abstract Number _, KERR COUNTY TEXAS
The City of Kerrville, Texas, and Kerr County, Texas, are joint owners of three tracts of
land totaling approximately 133.17 acres located adjacent to the incorporated limits of the
City of Kerrville which is out of the Survey No 's 43 71, 71. Abstract No.'s 243, 114 114,
respectively, Kerr County, Texas, and is more particularly described in EXHIBIT "A"
In accordance with Texas Local Government Code §43.028, the City of Kerrville, Texas,
and Kerr County, Texas, hereby respectfully request and petition that the above-
described property be annexed into the incorporated limits of the City of Kerrville, Texas.
