accordance with the recommendation of the Consulting Engineer and Mr.
Odom, and authorize County Judge to sign the Notice of Award.

determined that the bid submitted by the apparent Iow bidder, Alien Keller Company, is
reasonable. `~'Je also verified past performance, both wrath Kerr County and Texas Department of
1'ransportarion as expressed ir. a letter date.: January 3, 2006, We therefore recommend that the
Alleu Keller Company be awarded the contract.
