THIS NOTICE IS POSTED PURSUANT TO THE TEXAS OPEN MEETINGS
ACT. (TITLE 5, CHAPTER 551, GOVERNMENT CODE,
AND TITLE 5, CHAPTER 552, GOVERNMENT CODE.)
This Commissioners' Court will hold a meeting at 9:00 a.m. Monday,
June 12, 2006, at the Kerr County Courthouse in the Commissioners' Courtroom.

Wastewater Project in accordance with the guidelines of the

1.18 Consider, discuss and take appropriate action to request the Texas
Comptroller to allocate a portion of unclaimed capital credits
received from electric cooperatives within the Kerr County
cooperative service area and authorize County Judge to request

1.20 Consider and discuss opportunities for applying "User-Pay:
concepts to certain services provided by local government.

implementation of county-wide grade and step scale and
reclassification of grades for any employee whose current salary
