RE: Waugh Acres, Pct. 2
The owner of Waugh Acres lives in California so communication has not been very good. He
competed his preliminary back in February 2005. He built his road, but there was an issue of the
drainage study on a 3 lot subdivision and he never completed the platting process.
We ask that you extend his preliminary and allow him to complete the final plat without a
drainage study under our new regulations which makes exceptions for subdivisions with less
than 5 lots.
