Both properties surveys were done after December 2000. We have attached surveys of those two properties for you to have a better understanding. The first property in Pct. 1 was an increase of .02 of an acre, because a manufactured home was over the property line. .... The second property in Pct. 2 was a decrease .OS of an acre, and appears to concern a drainage ditch easement that is different than the original plat. Each of these was done by different surveyors. We felt that it would be extreme to hold the septic permits for such a small amount of property, as well a costly burden for such a miniscule amount of land. I talked with Commissioner Letz and we both felt that was not the intent of Court Order # 29223. Therefore, I ask the Court to consider this issue and give us a clearer understanding of how to proceed in such matters.
