Mr. Hardin was told he would have to prepare the survey to dedicate the new roadway as well as construct the new road. I just wanted the Court to be aware that the road is nearing completion and that we will be coming back with the field notes and asking for approval to quick claim the old road back to the landowner and move County maintenance to the new roadway.
