Although you did not give specific details concerning these problems, 1 suggested that you consider seeking the assistance of the Auditor's office and offered my help in any manner that you thought might be appropriate. In osier that the Court might be better informed about these matters, I would ask that you please provide to me at your earliest convenience a written summary detailing the specifics of these more recent problems, such summary to include, but not necessarily be limited to the following: 1. The specific nature of each of the problems and the agency involved. 2. The period(s) and/or filing(s) involved in such problem. 3. What action(s) you have taken to resolve each of such problems and the date(s) each action was taken. 4. What action(s), if any, you intend to take in the future as to each such problem and the date(s) you propose to take such action. 5. What action(s) or efforts remain to be taken or pursued by your office, if any, to fully resolve any outstanding issues in connection with each of such problems. would also request that you advise me of the status of the Social Security and IRS problems which were discussed on various occasions last year.
