contingent upon approval of the Preliminary Plat of Falls Ranch.
Therefore, we ask that you set the Public Hearing date to Abandon, Vacate, & Discontinue

Dear Mr. Odom:
I hereby request that the entire subdivision of Privilege Creek Ranches be vacated by
order of the Kerr County Commissioners Court, and Wat a public hearing be set for the next
available Commissioners Court meeting. I also request that the preliminary plat of Falls Rauch,
Phase I be approved conditiorrally upon the vacating of Privilege Creek Ranches. How-evcr, in no
case shall the vacating of Privilege Creek Ranches occur prior to the approval of said preliminary
plat.
Please note tbat construction of the Falls Ratrch, Phase I public improvements will twt
commence until after the Phase [ pre[inunary plat is approva3 and the construction draK~ings are
completed by our engineer and approved by the county. I hereby gran[ permission to construct
any and ati improvements re.~uired for the development upon the property.
