Came to be heard this the 10th day of July, 2006, with a motion made by
Commissioner Baldwin, seconded by Commissioners Nicholson. The Court
unanimously approved by vote of 4-0-0 to:
Appoint the County Judge and Commissioner Letz as the designated
representatives, with the settlement authority to represent the County in the
EBA litigation mediation.
