EVER CHANGE MANAGEMENT PROPOSAL
Kerr County Detention Facility
Ever Change Youth and Family Services hereby offers to manage the Juvenile Detention Facility in Kerr
County, TX, as per the following proposed monthly management fee and criteria;
MANAGEMENT FEE: $72,500.00 per month
CRITERIA:
Ever Change is responsible for:
Management of Kerr County Juvenile Detention Facility
- Oversight and all staffing and support requirements
- 25 bed Juvenile Facility Liability Insurance
- Resident Meals (*) and related Kitchen supplies
- Resident Medical (invoice county/counties for reimb)
- Resident Supplies
A Utilities, Telephone, Copier Lease, postage and office supplies
- Certifications, Publications, Fees, Professional Services
- Vehicle transport and/or other transportltravel
(*) Assuming Ever Change contract with Kerr County JaiUSheriff s Dept
Kerr County is responsible for:
- Maintenance inside and outside all facilities
- Capital Expenditwes
- Equipment Repair
- Property Insurance
* Management fee payment to Ever Change on 15a' & 30a' of each month for 36,250.00
Ever Change Payment to Kerr County for non-Kerr residents
- 5.00 per day payable to Kerr County per non Kerr County resident
