Per our conversation with Clay Barton, we have reviewed the usage for the Sheriff's Department
and would like to propose the following:
1. 5,000 National Minutes for $199.99/month (1~` phone). Additional minutes would be
@ $0.25/minute, which includes long distance.
2. Each Additional Phone would be $9.95lmonth and would share all the minutes
3. An additional 3,000 National Night & Weekend Minutes (night starting at 9 p.m.,
Monday thru Friday, and weekend being all day Saturday and Sunday).
4. Unlimited National Minutes for any Five Star to Five Star Mobile Calling
This new nationwide service does require that all the wireless phones be the newer CDMA Digital
technology. We can replace all your existing phones with new Nokia 60151 at no charge. We
have other models that we can offer you with varying prices.
Currently the sheriffs department has 31 wireless numbers, 4,000 daytime minutes with 3,000
night & weekend minutes, with a recurring monthly charge of $648.45. This current rate plan does
not include nationwide long distance, nationwide mobile to mobile, nor nationwide night &
weekend minutes.
The new plan chazges for 31 numbers will be $498.49 and includes all long distance, mobile to
mobile calling, and no roaming charges throughout the U.S. Also, we offer unlimited text
messaging @ $1.95/wireless number and this service is available inmost areas of the U. S. You
can send text from cell phone to cell phone or email a message from the intemet. Text messaging
does not use airtime minutes.
