ENGINEERING REVIEW FEES FOR FINAL PLAT APPROVAL
Came to be heard this the 24`h day of July 2006 with a motion made by Commissioner Letz, Seconded by
Commissioner Nicholson, the Court unanimously approved by a vote of 4-0-0 the payment of Engineering
review fees to Kerr County and final plat approval as it relates to the inspections fees and engineering review
fees to be included or rolled into the letter of credit.
