RE: Concept Plan for Revision of Plat of Lots 79, 80, 81, 82, & 83 of The Woods, Section
Two, Vol. 4, Page 176 and Setting Public Hearing for Same.
The current owner of all lots wishes to revise 5 lots to 3 lots. The lots now range in size ftom
.84 to 1.46. The new lots would be approximately .84, 1.8 and 2.65. Instead of 5 possible homes
with septic, there would be no more than 3.
There is an existing County maintained road that goes up to the house that varies slightly from
the plat, but no cul-de-sac.
The plat revision will move the lot line 40' from the existing house instead of the current 12' and
preserve the trees and landscape.
The exact size of lot 79 cannot be determined until the surveyor feturns on July 26, but the
landowners have insured us they will make no lot smaller than the smallest existing lat.
We recommend the Court approve this concept to be done under the alternate plat process and
set a public hearing for 10:15 a.m., August 28, 2006, with the stipulafion the owners build the
cul-de-sac to County specifications.
