Came to be heard this the 24th day of July 2006 with a motion made by Commissioner Nicholson, Seconded by
Commissioner Letz, the Court unanimously approved by a vote of 4-0-0 the construction bid from Cypress
Creek Construction to construct a sidewalk at the Animal Control Facility in the amount of $7,068.00
