Ptwse I be approved conditionally upon the vacating of Privilege Creek Ranches- Hotcevet, in no
case shalt the vacating of Privilege Crrxk Ranches ocwr prior to the approval of raid preliminary
pint.
Please note that construction of the Falls Ranch, Phase I public improvements will not
commence until a$er the Plisse ! preliminary plat is approved and the construction draKrings are
