Mr. Manning has his house and barn on lots 17 & 18. They aze very close to the property line,
therefore he wants to adjust the lot line. The exact amount of acreage for lot 16 can not be
determined until the survey has been completed, but it should be approximately .36 acre.
At this time we asked the Court to set a public hearing for September 25, 2006 at 10:30 a.m.
