Commissioner Letz, seconded by Commissioner Baldwin. The Court
unanimously approved by vote of 4-0-0 to:
Approve the new rental schedule for the Union Church as discussed:
$100.00 4 hour rental
$150.00 9 hour rental
$250.00 12 hour rental
With rentals starting no earlier than 8:00 a.m., and ending no later
than 10:00 p.m.

PROPOSED RENTAL SCHEDULE
Half Day Rental $60.00 4 Hour Maximum
Daily Rental $100.00 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
All Day $200.00 8:00 AM - 10:00 PM
Evening Hours Only $100.00 5:00 PM - 10:00 PM
Special Users & Fee
Non-Profit Organizations with 501(c)3 Certificate: '/z of above fees
*This only applies to Daily Rental, All Day Rental, or Evening Rental Hours.

Deposit & Refunds
Deposit of $100.00 is required to secure date on calendar.
Deposit is refundable (less unpaid rental) after the event and when:
1. full rental has been paid
2. building is clean (all trash and decorations must be removed)
3. there is no damage
4. key is returned
Full reservation fee is due 30 days before event (not including the deposit)
and no refund after that date.
If event is cancelled more than 60 days before event, a full refund of deposit
will be made, within 60 days there is no refund on deposit.
