Came to be heard this the 28th day of August, 2006, with a motion made by
Commissioner Letz, seconded by Commissioner Baldwin. The Court
unanimously approved by vote of 4-0-0 to:
Rescind Court Order No. 29871 regarding adoption of the proposed Tax
Rate for 2006-07.
